The day park at Round Lake has one of the finest beaches in the County and is located 1 mile north of County Highway 40 on 117th Street.  The day park is directly off of 117th Street; you do not need to turn on any other road.

The park consists of a very large picnic area, multiple grills and picnic tables, pit toilet with changing area, and water fountains.  The beach itself is very long with clean sand and a large grassy area behind perfect for sunbathing or watching the kids.  The boat launch is separate from the day park and has its own parking lot, dock, and is ADA accessible.

The pavilion is available for reservations per day for $15.00 without electricity and $22.00 with the electric turned on.  The building measures 40' x 25' and will hold approximately 50 people.

Round Lake Day Park opens at 9 am.  The gate at Round Lake Day Park is locked at 9 PM and the park closes at 11 PM.  There is no gate at the Round Lake Boat Launch parking lot.

Round Lake County Park is open yearly from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
